Shipping policy

Ramboudan ships to 28 countries worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 5–8 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

All orders are carefully packaged to protect fragile liquid and agarwood products during transit. Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, Ramboudan accepts no liability for damage caused by improper handling during delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
